Yes — click the Follow button on any team profile to add them to your followed teams list. The homepage will then show a personalised feed of their upcoming matches and recent results.

Each team profile page includes a recent results section with the last 10 matches, map scores, and tournament context. Navigate to /teams, find your team, and scroll to the Results section.
